Registered Student Organizations may use 1 table and up to 2 chairs for up to 8 hours in 1 hour increments. Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance. Organizations are limited to two reservations a month. The table and chairs will be stored in the lobby and should be returned after use
This table can be used to promote, recruit new members, and provide information about your organization. If you’re RSO is planning to serve food, collect donations, is part of a larger campus event, etc. be sure to submit an event request through Nole Central to get these additional components of your event approved by campus event services. We will not approve table reservations that have not gone through these steps prior to placing your reservation.
